At Barbecues Galore, we want to ensure your outdoor cooking experience is top-tier; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all grills and accessories are in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully repackage your barbecue equipment in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized grills.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
